We work with three delivery services:

1° PDF (No delivery cost)

It is possible to send some product by PDF

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange. PDF is used for representing two-dimensional documents in a manner independent of the application software, hardware, and operating system.[2] Each PDF file encapsulates a complete description of a fixed-layout 2D document that includes the text, fonts, images, and 2D vector graphics which compose the documents. Lately, 3D drawings can be embedded to PDF documents with Acrobat 3D using U3D or PRC and various other data formats.[3][4]

2° Kiala

Kiala is a net of delivery points ( groceries, supermarkets, bookstores, service stations, ...) with extensive opening times, including the w-e and without line.

• To receive his parcel in 5 stages

1. The kiala delivery parcel informs you via an e-mail that somebody wants to send you a parcel.
2. If your sender did'nt choose a kiala Point go on the kiala point where you want to collect your parcel
3. You have the possiblity to follow your parcel during its route, from the sending to the receipt, on the Kiala delivery service website.
4. When the parcel is delivred in your Kiala Point, your receive an e-mail. wait always this e-mail before going to tht Kiala Point.
5. The Kiala Point keeps your parcel during 14 days before returning to the sender. Don't forget your identity proof
   

3° The post

1.  The postman delivers the parcel to the adresee the next weekday.
2. Each parcel has a personal bar code. Thanks to a post implementation " Track & Trace" your can follow online the route of your parcel
3. If the adresee is away during the parcel presentation he can ask by phone a second parcel presentation or can come to breng her parcel about 14 days at the postoffice or Post Point  

4° TNT

1. Recept at the address of the adresee
2. Fast and easy parcel follow up
3. Until 3 parcel delivery attempts at the adresee place of residence.

B ) The delivery prices

Our calculation methods for delivery charges

Our delivery rate are calculate to the nearest penny. So we have various price list according to various criteria and according to the deliveyservices from Belgium

• Rate C: from the delivery contry

• Rate W: from the weight

• Rate OT from the total price

It's possible for some products that the delivery charges are a combination of the various calculation methods.
