Yes, the competitions are completely free of charge.

 We are of course open to all suggestions for new products. We will look into your proposal with great interest.

  - I have not put in an order, but I would be interested in receiving your newsletter. How can I go about this?
 You are not obliged to place an order in order to receive the newsletters; all you have to do is fill in the appropriate form.

  - Are there any Custopolis sales outlets?
 No, Custopolis does not have any sales outlets.

  - What is the length of validity of gift vouchers?
 Gift vouchers are valid for three months.

 - How can I pay?
 By the usual methods of payments on Internet sites: Paypal, VISA, MasterCard;  see 2CO.

  - Is my item delivered to my home or do I have to go and collect it somewhere?
 Your order is delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser, in a great many countries and subject to payment of delivery costs. Parcels cannot be sent to PO Box addresses/poste restante.

 - What are the delivery deadlines?
Your order will be delivered within the shortest possible deadline.The products are making according to your request by varius partners. it's so possible to receive several parcels if you have ordered various objects. It depends on the manufacturers. The delevery time are so variable according to the ordered product.

You choose your drawing, your text or your photograph and those will be laid out as well as possible according to possibilities of the object to personalize.

  - On Wich type of paper do you print the works of art?
They are printed on paper HP Collector satin Canvas 400g/m²
